2010 We provided strategic marketing support to Bernard Matthews Farms working with the team on strategic planning and a brief for innovation. The opportunity is huge. Turkey is high in protein, lower in fat than almost any other meat and lower in price too. Using only 100% British turkey the challenge is to break out of the Christmas typecast, championing turkey as a great tasting, versatile and healthy meat. There's no shortage of ideas.
