December 2011: new recipe campaign for Gressingham

Most people have eaten duck before, even if only as part of a chinese takeaway, but few have tried cooking with duck. Not because they don't want to, most just don't know what to cook and need inspiration and guidance. Working with One agency in Norwich we developed the concept for the Little Book of delicious Duck - a pocket-sized selection of delicious but simple recipes to cook with duck, distributed in store via packs of Gressingham Aromatic Duck.
