Macadamia nuts are an emerging “superfood” with significant health properties, great taste and texture and hugely versatile as an ingredient. Limited supply has restricted the growth of macadamia nut consumption in the UK but increased capacity on South African macadamia farms is changing all that.

We worked directly with London-based The Impact Agency, who set up the UK’s Macadamia Advice Centre, to promote macadamia as an ingredient to the UK food manufacturing industry specifically targeting development and technical teams responsible for planning future NPD.
